Founded by David and Greg, own brand of hospitality was born from a shared passion for hospitality and a firsthand understanding of vacation rental ownership.  As owners ourselves, we've experienced both the opportunities and the complexities of managing short-term rentals.  We know what it takes to create memorable guest stays while protecting and enhancing the long-term value of every property.

Our own experiences working with property management companies revealed an opportunity to do things differently. We believed homeowners deserved a management partner built on transparency, proactive communication, accountability, and genuine care. That belief became the foundation of the company.
